Italian Short Ribs with Polenta


If you're a fan of Abner & Amanda from the music stage or from one of their multiple shows on Magnolia Network, you may recognize this dish from the latest season of In the Kitchen where they cooked up a delicious osso bucco. This recipe features tender short ribs braised in red wine with carrots, celery, leeks, and herbs. The meat is served on top of creamy polenta, making it an easy all-in-one dish. Finish it off by topping with a simple parsley gremolata. Then pop a bottle of wine and enjoy!
