Place dish in fridge to thaw for at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove steel lid and cover tightly with foil. Cook for 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and check the temperature. Meat should be fully warmed through with an internal temperature of 165°F. Return to oven with foil if it needs longer cooking.
Serve with a fresh tossed salad and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove steel lid, but leave piece of parchment paper on top. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and parchment, bake 20-30 minutes until top is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan cheese and pair with garlic bread.
