Azucar Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

1/2 stick cinnamon 

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water 


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot.

  2. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. 

  3. Cook for one minute. Remove from the heat and let cool.

  4. Immediately after removing from the oven, brush the syrup over the top of the pastries.
