Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across most parts of LA, The OC, and San Diego Counties. Please see the maps below which indicate our current delivery areas.

How does your reusable container program work?

We are committed to using sustainable, reusable packaging and believe it is a truly great part of our service. How it works is simple. We deliver meals packaged in premium, stainless steel food containers. Once you are done with your meals, there are two ways you can return the containers. If you order again in the next meal drop, you can return your used containers at the time of your next delivery. If you do not order again, you can sign-up for a free pick-up once you are done enjoying your meals!

You have 60 days to return your containers to us after receiving your order. If you do not return your containers within this time, then you will be charged a $15/container fee.

Are the containers oven and dishwasher safe?

Yes and yes! Our containers are safe to go straight from the freezer or refrigerator into the oven. Simply remove the lid and cover with foil before baking if the recipe calls for the item to be covered. Both the lid and container are dishwasher safe. Please note, our containers are NOT microwave safe and should not be used for stovetop cooking.

How do deliveries work?

Deliveries are made 2-3 weeks after your order is placed. You will receive a delivery notification email once a specific delivery date has been set along with an estimated delivery window to confirm. We do not deliver with cold packs or any extra packaging, so we try to deliver items directly to a person whenever possible. If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, you can leave a personal cooler out with ice packs for us to place your meals in (please note: meals must stay frozen prior to cooking).

What is a meal drop? Can I order meals anytime?

Our meals are all produced in collaboration with local chefs and restaurants. Each drop features limited quantities of each item that are available to purchase for one week only, or until they are sold out. Meal drops are released monthly, but there is no way to purchase meals outside of the meal drop period.

How long do my meals last?

Our meals are all freshly made and blast frozen, locking in freshness and flavor without the use of additives or preservatives. We recommend enjoying your meals within 4 months of their delivery for maximum freshness.
