1.5 oz You & Yours Sunday Gin
0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Rosemary syrup (see below)
Soda Water (or sparkling wine)
Rosemary springs (for garnish)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
Place two sprigs of Rosemary in a small bowl. Add 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved
Let syrup mixture steep for 10 minutes, then remove rosemary sprigs and let cool before using in cocktail
Combine gin, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and rosemary syrup in a shaker over ice and shake well
Strain over serving glass with fresh ice
Top with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
