Galaxy Taco - Simple Lime Crema

• 16oz of sour cream

• 2 limes

• Pinch of salt

1. Scoop the sour cream into a small mixing bowl.

2. Zest the limes and add zest to bowl.

3. Then juice the limes and add to bowl.

4. Add a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together. Adjust salt to taste.

Serve drizzled atop Galaxy Taco’s Chicken Enchiladas Rojas.
