Hotville Chicken - Watermelon Lime Slushy

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed mini seedless watermelon (about 3 ½ pound watermelon)

  • 6 ounces vodka 

  • 3 ounces lime juice

  • 2 ounces simple syrup

  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Freeze watermelon on a parchment-lined baking sheet until frozen, at least 2 hours 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender 

  • Blend until smooth and serve in chilled glasses
