Joselito's Tujunga - Corn Tostada Chips


  • 4 - 8 white or yellow corn tortillas, 6-inch

  • 1 - 3 tablespoons cooking oil


  • Grab your favorite corn tortillas (regular thickness).

  • Lightly spray, brush or rub on a thin layer of oil to both sides of the tortilla, a little goes a long way.

  • Place them on a baking sheet, do not overlap.

  • Bake your tortillas at 375° in a preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes flipping them halfway through to evenly, cook both sides, they should turn a golden color.

  • Once they have reached desired doneness remove from oven and sprinkle with salt. They will crisp up as they cool off.

  • Enjoy with your pozole!
