Knead & Co - Green Goddess Pesto


  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan, grated

  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated

  • 4 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup fresh tarragon leaves

  • 1/2 cup rough chopped fresh chives

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves

  • 3/4 extra virgin olive oil

  • 1-2 tsp Salt to taste


  1. Add pine nuts, cheese and garlic to a food processor and pulse until finely ground, about 1 minute.

  2. Add basil, parsley, tarragon, and chives to the food processor and place the top back on. With the motor running, add oil in a slow and steady stream until pesto is mostly smooth, with just a few flecks of green, about 1 minute. Season with salt.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, or store covered in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature before serving.
