Monroe Place- Arugula Salad


  • 1 bunch of arugula (about 4 cups), washed and dried

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 of a lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper

  • Salt and ground black pepper

  • 1/8 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. In a large bowl, drizzle the arugula with olive oil and lemon juice, and toss with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Toss and mix well, adjust taste for seasoning.

  2. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with Monroe Place's Big Bambino Sandwich
