Ranch 45 - Chino’s Farm Summer Salad



  • Lettuce

  • Carrots

  • Radish

  • Broccolini

  • Nectarines

  • Strawberries or blackberries


  • 1 cup ripe blackberries

  • 1 cup honey or agave

  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/8 habanero pepper (optional)


For the Dressing:

  1. Place all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. If you don’t want the blackberry seeds in your dressing, strain vinaigrette through a fine strainer. Discard the seeds.

  3. Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.

For the Salad:

  1. Chop salad ingredients to your preferred size and add to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Top with the desired amount of dressing and toss to combine.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
