Red Bread - Yogurt Whip


  • 8 oz. Heavy cream

  • 3 oz. Yogurt (Use a stiff yogurt like labneh or Greek Yogurt)

  • 1 oz. Sugar

  • Zest of 1 Lemon


  1. Combine heavy cream and sugar in a stand mixer or a bowl with a hand mixer. Beat to soft peaks.

  2. Add yogurt and lemon zest and beat to stiff peaks.

Serve with Rose Wilde’s Spiced Caramel Biscuit Buns.
