Viewpoint Brewing Co. - Citrus Coleslaw

Coleslaw can be done 4hrs ahead of time kept in the refrigerator. Enjoy this simple and delicious side to balance the richness of your entree.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded green and/or purple cabbage

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 2 Tbsp orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cabbage in a large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly.

  2. Add cabbage to bowl and toss to combine.

Serve with Viewpoint’s Pork Adovado Mac & Cheese.
