This “Brasato al Vino Rosso” or beef braised in red wine, presents an elevated take on a classic Northern Italian comfort dish. This dish is an IGC exclusive item presented by the chefs behind the Michelin-starred restaurant, Acquerello (near Milan), and the newly opened, tasting-menu-only restaurant, Ambrogio by Acquerello. You can think of this dish as the Italian sister of beef bourguignon, featuring tender pieces of beef, carrots, and spices, simmered in red wine and served with creamy mashed potatoes– a perfect wintertime meal!

The New Italian menu features influences of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines and techniques, while focusing on local California produce, meat, and seafood.
