Thai Red Curry (Chicken or Chickpea)


This ‘No Worry Kabocha Curry’ is a classic Thai Red curry cooked with savory Kabocha squash and your choice of organic Pasturebird chicken or chickpeas. Everything is simmered in flavorful coconut curry sauce that is packed with medicinal herbs and spices including burdock root, ginger, black garlic, galangal, turmeric and kaffir lime. Take note, it’s a true medium-hot spice level!

This dish is gluten-free, dairy-free.
