Made with over 20 different ingredients, Guelaguetza’s FAMOUS mole rojo is their family’s take on one of Oaxaca's seven classic moles. It’s perfectly smoky, sweet, with just the right amount of spice! Each box contains two quarter chickens (leg and thigh), and comes ready to heat and serve!

All meals are delivered in stainless steel, reusable containers that must be returned. There is a $15 fee for each container that is not returned within 60 days. Containers can be returned at the time of a future delivery, or you can sign-up for a free home pick-up on one of our scheduled pick-up days.

Bricia Lopez was born in Oaxaca, Mexico and grew up in grandmother’s kitchen. Her father founded Guelaguetza, a Oaxacan restaurant in Los Angeles, in 1994. Bricia quickly joined the family business, which she now manages with her siblings. Guelaguetza has become the mecca for Oaxacan food and the place to eat mole. Bricia has become an integral figure in Oaxacan culture and the culinary scene in Los Angeles. Guelaguetza has many accolades, including winning a James Beard American Classics award.
