A fun twist on Hommage’s beloved portal pockets! This Veggie Pot Pie is filled with an array of veggies (including carrots, cauliflower, roasted peppers and asparagus, Fresno chilis, and a bechamel sauce and is topped with Hommage’s laminated, flaky, pastry dough. Simply toss up a green salad and this dish makes for a perfect, veggie-packed lunch or dinner.

Hommage bakehouse, led by head baker Justin Gaspar, serves creative yet traditional pastries and freshly baked bread. You may recognize Justin from Manresa Bread Co. in Los Gatos or Hulu’s Baker’s Dozen where he took home the golden rolling pin (displayed at the bakehouse!). Known for his laminated dough, Justin’s menu reflects the time-honored tradition and meticulous craft of a French bakery while paying “hommage” to his Asian American roots.
