Tamale Pack
A variety of handmade tamales featuring three different fillings wrapped inside corn masa and steamed to perfection (all tamales are lard free). These are simple to reheat and serve with your favorite salsa. Each box contains 2 each of the following tamales:
Chicken with Green Sauce: All white meat chicken in a tangy green sauce made with our house made Chicken schmaltz and premium maseca.
Rojo Beef: Tender Choice beef in red sauce made with beef tallow and premium maseca.
Chile Cheese: Monterrey Jack & cheddar cheese and a mix of green chiles made with our house made Chicken schmaltz and premium maseca (contains chicken stock).

Orders placed before 11:59 PM Monday night can be delivered as soon as Thursday of the same week. Deliveries are currently available in Los Angeles ,San Diego, and Orange County with more cities coming soon!
+ About the Containers
All meals are delivered in stainless steel, reusable containers that must be returned. There is a $15 fee for each container that is not returned within 60 days. Containers can be returned at the time of a future delivery, or you can sign-up for a free home pick-up on one of our scheduled pick-up days.

CHEESE: maseca, chicken schmaltz, chicken broth, shortening, monterey jack & cheddar cheese, serrano & anaheim chiles, spices, cilantro, garlic.
BEEF: beef, tallow, chile powder, garlic, chicken bouillon, spices.

Nestled in the Foothills Mountains just outside of the city, you'll find a neighborhood Mexican restaurant that has been family owned and operated since 1977. Chef Tumara Arnett and Jose "lito" Grijalva lead the kitchen, continuing to prepare Jose Sr.'s family recipes while also adding their own creative touch to the menu. Here the philosophy is, "come for the food, stay for the Margaritas!"
