This Sichuan-style Seafood Stew combines tender whitefish, pickled mustard greens, ginger, garlic, and scallions all in a flavorful broth. The flavor of the dish comes from a combination of shaoxing wine and other amazing Sichuan ingredients from Fly By Jing, including 3-year aged Doubanjiang, mala spice and pickled peppers. It’s not too spicy, but this dish does pack a little punch!
