Mille Fleurs - Cassoulet à la Toulousaine

A traditional dish from the Southwest of France– and a staple for GM Bertrand Hug growing up– this dish features duck confit, house made Toulouse sausage, and cannellini beans. Deeply savory and aromatic, this is winter comfort in a bowl.
This dish is gluten-free and dairy-free.
