An any day favorite, this Eggplant Parm is served up just as your Italian nonna would– breaded eggplant cutlets with Vee's red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and basil. Simply pop this into the oven, toast up some garlic bread and consider dinner done!

All meals are delivered in stainless steel, reusable containers that must be returned. There is a $15 fee for each container that is not returned within 60 days. Containers can be returned at the time of a future delivery, or you can sign-up for a free home pick-up on one of our scheduled pick-up days.

Having grown up in an Italian family in Queens NY, classic, red sauce Italian food is in her DNA. She started by slinging Chicken Parm and other Italian family favorites out of her house, but you can now find her popping up Smorgasburg and other spots around town! Buon appetito!
