Eight beef meatballs simmered in a slightly sweet chili sauce with peppers and onions. Chef Judy added her own touch by layering rose harissa into the sauce, giving the dish a slightly spicy and smoky flavor not typically found in the classic Vietnamese version! Enjoy over rice or use them to make meatball banh mi sandwiches.

Chef's recommendations

  • Garnish with cilantro and sliced jalapeño

  • Serve over rice or layer on a french roll to make a sandwich
