After spending years at top spots such as Ace Hotel and Taco Maria, Chef Carlo decided to open Small Town, a community focused restaurant right in the heart of Fallbrook. While the restaurant unfortunately did not survive the pandemic, Chef Carlo is carrying on his work through a series of farm suppers and other exciting new food projects!
