Stuffed with Oaxacan cheese and bechamel sauce inside a crispy, corn crust, Chef Adrian’s take on Spanish croquetas are a true Tahona favorite. Just pop them in the oven and enjoy as an easy appetizer or lunch– we especially recommend serving them alongside a fun charcuterie board!

Chef's recommendations
