Looking for an easy way to spice up happy hour at home? These Oaxacan corn croquetas are just the ticket! Stuffed with Oaxacan cheese and bechamel sauce inside a crispy, corn crust, Chef Adrian’s take on Spanish croquetas are a true Tahona favorite. Just pop them in the oven and enjoy as an easy appetizer or lunch– we especially recommend serving them alongside a fun charcuterie board!
SERVES 2-3Simply pop on a baking sheet and heat!
Serve with a side of Morita aioli or any mayo-based dipping sauce
