  • Smoked Ahi Tuna: Lightly smoked Ahi Tuna, Oaxaca cheese & Hoja Santa chimichurri
  • Oaxacan Chicken: Tender chicken in achiote adobo, Oaxaca cheese & Hoja Santa chimichurri
