Place frozen dish in fridge to thaw overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove pieces of chicken from the container and discard pieces of parchment paper (don’t worry if things are a little saucy!).
Place chicken breasts side by side on a baking sheet. If you have a wire rack, place this on top of the baking sheet before placing chicken breasts down for added air circulation.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (watch closely towards the end, each piece of chicken is unique and pieces go from perfect to overcooked quite quick!).
While chicken is cooking, pour sauce into a small saucepan and gently heat on the cooktop over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally. If you’re planning to eat with spaghetti, also cook your pasta while the chicken bakes.
To serve, spoon sauce either directly onto a plate or on top of pasta, then place chicken breast on top. Garnish with fresh basil, shaved parmesan cheese and a nice drizzle of olive oil.
