Baked Pasta alla Vodka

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place dish in the fridge to thaw overnight or for 24 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Remove foil and return to oven. Bake for another 20-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and heated through. Chef’s trick: you can always turn the oven up to 400°F for the final 10 minutes to get a nice golden brown top!
