Enjoy with pickled cabbage
Place frozen dish in fridge to thaw overnight.
Pour contents into a saucepan and place over medium heat and cover.
Stir gently every 2-3 minutes.
When stew begins to simmer, reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes until meatballs are heated through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees). Season with salt to taste.
Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy as a rice bowl or use meatballs to make banh mi sandwich.
