Dumpling Inn - Pickled Radish Salad


  • 1 medium-sized Daikon radish, peeled

  • 1 medium-size carrot peeled

  • 3 Tbsp sugar

  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1-2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp sesame oil


  1. Cut the daikon radish and carrot into "spaghetti strands" with a spiralizer or finely julienne

  2. Transfer them into a container. Toss in sugar, rice vinegar, salt, and sesame oil.

  3. Mix well, refrigerate, and let sit for 24 hours strain to enjoy!
