Holy Basil— Chili Fish Sauce


2 fresh Thai chilis

  • 3 cloves of garlic, sliced 

  • 2 TBSP lime juice 

  • ½ TBSP sugar 

  • 2 TBSP fish sauce


  1. Thinly slice Thai chilis and garlic. 

  2. In a small, non-metal bowl, add lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce. Adjust seasoning to desired flavor. 

  3. Let sit for 10 minutes. 

  4. Serve and enjoy!
