Petite Peso - Scallion Gremolata


  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, picked and chopped

  • 1/4 cup scallion, sliced thinly

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or more to taste

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • pinch of sea salt, to taste

  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Serve with Petite Peso’s Beef Mechado.
