1 lb radishes
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup chopped green onions
2 tsp. dark vinegar
2 tsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
Rinse radishes under cold water. Trim and discard radish tops and ends. Cut radishes into quarters.
Carefully, smash each quarter with the back of a pan, enough to make it flat while keeping the radish intact
Lightly salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Throughoughly vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl
After 15 minutes, rinse the radishes with water and drain.
Toss radishes and green onions with marinade and serve with Woon's Chewy Homestyle Noodles
