Woon- Radish Salad


  • 1 lb radishes

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

  • 2 tsp. dark vinegar

  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp. soy sauce

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 1 tsp. sesame oil


  1. Rinse radishes under cold water. Trim and discard radish tops and ends. Cut radishes into quarters. 

  2. Carefully, smash each quarter with the back of a pan, enough to make it flat while keeping the radish intact

  3. Lightly salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Throughoughly vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl 

  4. After 15 minutes, rinse the radishes with water and drain. 

  5. Toss radishes and green onions with marinade and serve with Woon's Chewy Homestyle Noodles
